I have a user whose POP email client (Mac OS X Mail.app 10.4) stopped downloading new messages as of yesterday. I can see them connect to the server and apparently check for new messages. It just doesn't seem to find any:

[17/Jul/2009 09:30:06][2993033216] {pop3s} User user<_a.t_>hidden.com logged in
[17/Jul/2009 09:30:07][2993033216] {pop3s} Command: STAT
[17/Jul/2009 09:30:09][2993033216] {pop3s} Command: UIDL 1
[17/Jul/2009 09:30:10][2993033216] {pop3s} Command: UIDL 58784
[17/Jul/2009 09:30:11][2993033216] {pop3s} Command: QUIT
[17/Jul/2009 09:30:11][2993033216] {pop3s} Session end

But they've probably got 100 messages stacked up waiting for them.

Is this something that would be fixed on the Kerio side or the client side? I'm not sure what to do to fix the problem in Mail.app...

Thanks in advance.
