is there a way to set the mailbox quota on a global level instead of per user? I did highlight all the users and click edit and set it that way...didn't know if there was an easier way to set the mailbox quota on every user.

Hi there.

Yes, there are two ways that I use...

1. Setup a user template (Definitions -> User Templates), and include the quota in there. Then, when you set up each new user, the quota is applied using that template.

2. For post-setup applying of quotas, highlight the users, edit them, and apply a new quota across all the highlighted users.
