Our LAN is seperated into 5 vlans and I would like to know if you can forward a port from our external IP to a server located on a different internal VLAN?

Well, it is possible.

But this is not a job for Kerio. Not all of it.
What you gota do is forward this port for the next address ( i beleave it should be a router ) witch will see on what vlan that ip address belong.

Hope it helps.
