Kerio WinRoute 6.4.2

I have a SQL Server instance, which I can connect to via a linked server on another machine as long as Kerio isn't running. If I turn Kerio on I get this message:

OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI10" for linked server "Web1" returned message "Client unable to establish connection due to prelogin failure".
Msg 10054, Level 16, State 1, Line 0
TCP Provider: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI10" for linked server "Web1" returned message "Client unable to establish connection".
Msg 26, Level 16, State 1, Line 0
Client unable to establish connection because an error was encountered during handshakes before login. Common causes include client attempting to connect to an unsupported version of SQL Server, server too busy to accept new connections or a resource limitation (memory or maximum allowed connections) on the server.

I have configured 2 traffic policies, one to accept all inbound traffic from the client computer and one to allow all outbound traffic to the client computer.

I've read through the forums here, and tried the following:
Checked the debug log for "Packets dropped for some reason" - but there was nothing logged from the client machine.
In advanced options, turned Anti-Spoofing off - Nada.

Anything I'm missing here, or anyone have any suggestions?
