Is there a way to alter the meeting invitation email for Entourage users? I am getting complaints that it is difficult to read, confusing and ugly.

Subject: Phone Call w/ Maria
Location: Conference A
When: 2009-07-27, 14:00 - 14:15 GMT -4:00 (15 minutes)
Organizer:
Nancy Conner (n_conner<_a.t_>my_domain.com)Required Attendees:
Bob Matt (b_matt<_a.t_>my_domain.com)

Is there anyway to manually edit this format in a config file or to turn on an HTML formatted email or something? DO I need to file a feature request? Thanks.

It depends on the client who created the meeting invitation. WebMail creates both plaintext and HTML body with the description. That's all we can influence. If the event is created in Entourage, iCal, Outlook or any other client then the message body is a product of that client.

Ah, thank you.. That make sense. After informing the user of this evidently what he really doesn't like is the use of military time in the invitation

When: 2009-07-27, 14:00 - 14:15 GMT -4:00 (15 minutes)

Is that also in the client? Most of the clients here are Outlook, any way to modify that in Outlook? Thanks.
