Hello,

I recently upgraded to KMS 6.7 and I am now having an issue where Windows Active Sync continues to prompt me for my password each time I attempt to sync my PDA. I am certain that I am entering the credentials correctly, as its happening to all my users with Windows Mobile CE/Active Sync.

I am running KMS on Linux Red Hat Enterprise 4.0
I am running Windows Server 2003 on my network for Active Directory
My Phone is a Samsung Black-Jack.

All was fine before the upgrade.

Any advice/suggestions?

I would be good to mention the version you were upgrading from...

Basically, this is usually caused by incorrect domain name in ActiveSync account setting. Check the warning log on KMS.

OK. I see you did an upgrade from KMS 6.4.1. Please make sure that domain name used in AS setting on the devices is correct. KMS 6.4.x accepted any domain if the user is from primary email domain. Newer versions require correct domain name to be configured in clients.
