I have a customer using Kerio mail server and has been for about 6 months on a mac server. After the initial hiccups - all is going well now.

I have one user, using outlook 2003 SP3 with her mail. I haven't had any issues as of yet until this morning. She said when she clicks on her mail, she gets an error - and the error just says it can't open her folder. It claims her .pst file is corrupted.

I went and tried to edit her e-mail account settings and outlook crashed. I tried to go in via control panel - mail and edit it there. I get the below message:

An exception occurred while trying to run
"C\Proga~\Common~\System\MSMAPI\1033\MLCFG32.cpl",<_a.t_>0 "

So, I figured I would delete the profile and add it new - and I get the same error.

Microsoft's suggestion is to uninstall office and reinstall it. Is that my only option? Is this a Kerio issue? I just don't want to have it again if possible.
