Hello everyone.

I've been trying to solve a problem in Kerio for several wekks, and nothing !

The problem is : my terminal services connections keeps droping with no reason at all.

I've found out that KERIO is somehow droping the connections because i've removed the firewall server from the network and the TS connections worked just fine.

My kerio is up to date ( not 6.7 version yet ), and it is not showing any kind of error on debugs, conections just drop and then reconnect again.

Can someone help ?

Thanks !

I did that already, but nothing changed.
I had to go back for ISA 2006 for that client.

Kerio wasnt working good.

Thanks anyway.

Hi all!

I'm having the same problem. The port 3389 is reachable and I'm able to login to the remote PC, but 1-2 seconds after the login, the connection is dropped. To make it clear, I'm connecting to a PC with KWF from other PC via Windows Remote Desktop.

Before 6.7, I was using 6.3 and it was working fine without problems till now and the configuration is the same:
Auth users are OK, Port and Protocol inspector, ...

Any ideas?

btw: checked the log and error messages and these are the notifications I'm getting when try to connect:

"Anti-spoofing: Packet from Local area connection..."
"(1013:3) Internal error: Unable to retrieve DNS server..."

Thanks!

Hi again,

just test it and the problem continue.

also when I login the shows the anti-spoofing message and then drops the connection. well, disabled it, but its the same, but without any message Sad

could be something from the user auth or user ip address configuration ? but if its from it or both them, ive never changed anything after the update.
