Hello All,

Just wondering if anybody has come across this problem in KMS before. I am having a problem with Active Sync on a Windows Pocket PC Mobile Phone and Over the Air Active Sync. This problem started when I upgraded KMS to 6.7.1 on openSuse Linux last week. The exact message in the warning log is:

[13/Aug/2009 21:47:23] ActiveSyncAirSync::ProcessCollection: Invalid SyncKey VD0xOTcwMDEwMVQwMDAwMDBaO1U9MDtGPS0xO009MTs=, DeviceId: 801120460030305138000050BF3F5173, User: user<_a.t_>, Collection: ba99d37f-1d6c-4115-9dba-2fd563aa981d, Folder: ~user<_a.t_>

I have advised our user to wipe and re-initialise the phone to solve the issue. The user has managed to sync calendar and contacts but not Inbox.

If anyone has any ideas as to how to resolve this problem I would be very grateful.

Many Thanks for your help.
