I have a problem with one of user email account, the account can not receive email but he can send email to another.
Is anyone can help?

Are you saying all other accounts on your KMS server on your domain can receive e-mails? Is it receiving internal mails?

option number one to check is that you haven't inadverdantly set his user or group to only send/recieve from own domain, as this will block external emails being recieved and being sent

next option is check that another account or alias is not setup the same as this account

failing that check that is not forwarding email somewhere else straight away giving the impression that its not recieving mail
