Hi you all,

I have this rare issue, i have a server with IIS 6 running on port 80 and KMS webmail running on port 8080, the problem is that when i use a new nevigator (IE8 or FF3.5) and i write www.company.com on the address bar it automatically redirects to www.company.com:8080 (my webmail), but when i do it with an old version of this programs (IE7/6 or FF2) it shows the right site. Who has the problem KMS?, IIS? IE?, FF? or me?
How can i fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2
KMS 6.6.2

Dear Sapoyol,

A stranger thing, but i have you tried the following.
Open a commandline (DOS box) and type following
ipconfig /flushdns.
I have found out that lately DNS caching on workstation will be keeped for a long period. When flushing the DNS cache i was able to see the right site. I don't think it's KMS or ISS.
It's issue with the new IE and FF in combination with DNS cache.
Try this first. It could help.
