I have two seperate computers (home PC and Laptop) that both use Kerio outlook connector to download mail. For the most past this is fine but I get 100's of dail synchronization conflich with my RSS feeds. For some reason in some RSS feeds Kerio decides that the server and the client have both changed "SOME" RSS fed messages and moves then to a conflict folder.

I thought it was my AV but thats not the case. Im thinking that when I read the message on one machine its causes the conflict if the other machine has not downloaded the message as yet... but im guessing.

Anybody have any ideas as im getting very frustated.

Cheers

Mark

Bump. I am also having this problem. Seems like it just started for a number of my users. Ideas?

There was a synchronization conflict concerning the '__keriomapi__hidden__News Feed_01de7429-e2da-4872-b803-0d238958d602' subfolder of the 'Top of Personal Folders' folder.

The question is: Are you using RSS feeds in Outlook? If not, I would switch them off as they cause all sorts of issues (not only with Kerio).

I believe have RSS feeds disabled in the send / receive group, and even deleted the folder. Would you share how you disable them?

Thanks!

Outlook > Options > Advanced

Un-tick "Synchronize RSS feeds to the Common Feed List (CFL) in Windows"
