I sent this into support<at>kerio.com at one point and got a response, but it didn't apply to my problem, and I failed to get back with the tech support guy (not Jeff, someone else), but:

A lot of our users are used to using just the username to send email to other people within our domain. However, when they use webmail in this manner, webmail appends "<at>unspecified-domain" to the end of the username and the message fails to be sent because "unspecified-domain" cannot be resolved in DNS obviously.

Is there any way to shut this "feature" off, or at least allow me to change it so that mydomain.com is appended to the usernames, instead of "unspecified-domain"?

Thanks in advance,
Jacob

Hey, that's a good point. KMS should just mention that there isn't a domain, and warn you about it. Smile

Email support at kerio.com again, and tell them I told you to. Smile Have them forward it up to me, and I'll file that as a bug.
