A user has marked a message as spam in Outlook that was actually from their boss. Laughing

Can we get the message back? Is the address now in a blacklist?

No, it isn't. Just move the message back from the junk mail folder to the inbox or mark it "Not Spam" (if you use KOC/KOFF). Marking a message as spam (i.e. feeding it to the Bayes filter) will only statistically increase the chances of similar mails being classified as spam in the future.

The spam button is in other words not an instant blacklist Wink

Thanks for the info i'll get the user to have a look in the Junk folder.

They've promised to be a little less trigger happy with the Spam button next time!
