Hi we have been using Kerio now for some time and apart from a few hiccups I am very pleased with it.
There is one thing I have been slightly puzzled with for some time now.
Sometimes when a user starts up their mac and the Directory utility struggles to find the kerio server, which is being used for the caldav function of ical this was installed using the auto configure ical tool.

Apple mail stops working and the warning symbol appears next to the account in the side panel of mail. Apart from being a good indicator that ical isn't picking up the info correctly, its rather annoying and also why is mail tied into the directory? Surely it should search for the server on its own?
The only way to fix it is to restart several times until Directory utility picks up the Kerio server.

Directory services is not switched on in the Admin console.

Any help appreciated, Thanks.
