Not sure if this is something that can be changed or not, I just wanted other people's experiences.

Running Kerio Sync Connector for Mac syncs all the contacts (and now groups) near perfectly, but there is one annoying drawback. In Apple Address Book, the contact is forced to be LastName, FirstName and ignores any preference setting in AB.

Is everyone else experiencing this? Or better yet, has anyone figured out a way to have it appear FirstName, LastName in Address Book?

Thanks

I have the same experience with my users. If I go into address book and reorder the Global Address List group to First Name, Last Name, it seems to keep it that way.

Occasionally I'll get a support call asking if it's ok for the sync connector to change more than 5% of their contacts, and the change is reordering last name before first. I'll do the sync, then reorder first to last in address book, and that solves the "problem".
