Hi,
We had configured kerio Mail server without AD and added users as well. In all client systems, installed the kerio outlook connector and activated the kerio profiles. But when we are opening the outlook with Kerio Profile, it is not going for password authentication. Without promting to enter user name and password, it is directly going to mails and other details. If anybody know why it is going directly without credentials, pls help me and thanks in advance.

Regards,
BIJU

HI,
I don't know if will help, but my experience setting up the connector in Outlook required me to temporarily check the "Save Password" box in order to enter the credentials. If you forget to go back and uncheck it Outlook stores the credentials and won't ask for them again.
