Make sure, the Apple clients are configured properly (ie. Exchange 2003 or IMAP for Apple Mail, Kerio Sync Connector for Apple AddressBook and CalDAV for iCal). Read other threads in this forum.

Apple Mail supports POP3, IMAP, Exchange IMAP (2003) and Exchange 2007 accounts. With Kerio MailServer you can use POP3, IMAP or Exchange IMAP.

The first way I have tried was using the automat configuration of the WebMail.
Integration in Mac

Then tried manually.

no connection to server.

Does Kerio recommend IMAP or Exchange IMAP with Apple Mail?

Is there a difference from a user's point of view?

Thanks,

kerio don't recommend either, it's up to you.

IMAP and exchange are probably both already running on your server. The main difference is what is synced - IMAP syncs just people's mail, whereas exchange can sync contacts and calendars too. Exchange can also use 'push' notification while IMAP cannot.
