Hi,
We have a Kerio MailServer 6.6.2 build 7165 running on a Mac OSX Server 10.5.6.
All was running fine until our router failed, this has been replaced with a new unit and all is up and running for 50% of the business. Half the PC Users using Outlook 2007 or 2003 aren't able to send or receive mail. The Kerio/Outlook Tool Bar Icon displays a warning "Kerio Outlook Connector - Offline" "The connection to the mailserver has been closed. You are working in Offline now."

These clients are using a mixture of XP Pro and Vista Business and were working until the router change.

Going to the File menu and down to Work Offline in Outlook does nothing.

This problem is effecting clients onsite and offsite.

Webmail is running OK, Mac's using Apple Mail are OK, 2 x Mac's running VMWare Fusion and Outlook 2007 for testing are OK. And 5 PC's onsite are not effected.

I have also tried talking a remote user through removing the Kerio Profile and downloading the Kerio Outlook Connector and auto-configure Outlook Connector file. They now get can't connect to the Kerio server.

Has anyone got any ideas.

Cheers

Chris

Problem solved. New router required patching, port 443 was also being used as a management port.
