Hi all,

im planing to launch a Kerio Mailserver for my company. My question is following:

Can i install Kerio on our Mailserver on which also Mercur Mailserver is running?

And is it possible that i redirect the Mails from Mercur to the Kerio Server if they running on the same system? And is it possible that only the Mails are getting redirected which are addressed to us? There are many other maildomains on the mercur from customers we wanna keet them on it they shouldn't get redirected to the Kerio they should only be handeled on the Mercur!?

That won't work as you will get conflicts with ports (e.g. port 25 and others).

You would need a second server (can be virtual and on the same box) with a different IP address.

No, because incoming mail needs to be on port 25. You can't indicate the port in the MX record, it is always 25. Also you might get conflicts with POP3, IMAP and Webmail Ports (depending on what you are using).
