Hi all,

is it possible to edit filter rule, that it will move items based on received date to specific folder? Like move messages older than 30 days or so...
If so, how? Smile

Thanks,

MarTin

No this is not possible. Such rule cannot be created. Moreover, mail filter rules are used only for incoming emails so filtering based on received date makes no sense.

I suggest to use auto-archive feature available in many email clients for moving (or archiving, deleting) old emails in certain folders.
