This morning I checked the queue and I had an unusually high number of messages from irina001<_a.t_>live.com and uknlott02<_a.t_>hotmail.com that was sending messages out everywhere. I even saw my own account had a lot of messages queued, which is unusual. My personal account is not admin. What happened? I thought Kerio was secure against open relays? I've blocked hotmail and live.com domains, but I need to know what the hell happened.

Well, it turns out one of our users answered the phishing email about wanting username and password. She did this from a PC at home, and uses the same passwords for everything she has. Needless to say, it was a learning experience. Thing is, we sent out a communication about this a month ago. We never ask for a username and password through email.
