I will be upgrading Mailserver from 6.5.2 to 6.7.2 and I would like to know of any potential problems I should be aware of? This will be the first time I have upgraded Mailserver since it was installed.

Mailserver is running on a fully patched Windows 2003 server using Active Directory extensions. We currently use Webmail only but I have installed the Outlook connector on users PC's.

From everything I have read the upgrade should be fairly simple but I am just doing my due diligence before doing the upgrade.

The only major issue I have ever run into during an upgrade was having to manually update the KOFF clients on the user PCs but that hasn't been an issue for a while now. Just make sure you have a backup like you would before any other upgrade and it should be painless.

I did the upgrade early this morning and it had to be one of the easiest if not the easiest upgrade I have ever done. It also was one of the fastest taking less than 2 minutes.

I was an Exchange administrator for many years and remember the pain involved in those upgrades so that is why I had concerns aout upgrading Kerio.

Bottom line "Kerio Rocks".
