I wonder if anyone else has seen this. I did a network trace of a user and I can see the mail server not respond to the LOGIN request. Here is the trace:

* OK Kerio MailServer 6.5.1 IMAP4rev1 server ready
1.5 CAPABILITY
* CAPABILITY IMAP4 IMAP4rev1 IDLE ACL LITERAL+ UIDPLUS QUOTA ID SORT ANNOTATE ANNOTATEMORE STATUS-COUNTERS UNSELECT LISTEXT STARTTLS AUTH=CRAM-MD5 AUTH=PLAIN AUTH=LOGIN AUTH=DIGEST-MD5
1.5 OK CAPABILITY completed
2.5 LOGIN jsmith validpw

...then, no further response from the server. I see the exact sequence repeat 4 times, spaced 60 seconds apart. It seemed like the client timed out & tried again. I couldn't find any indication of an authentication error or any delay on the Open Directory server that we authenticate to. None of the other users were complaining at the time.

I thought that maybe her account had gotten locked out but the server did at leat repsond when the account was locked:

5.1 LOGIN jjones validpw
5.1 NO LOGIN Authentication failed

We're running 6.5.1, but I couldn't find any bug fixes that sound related in the release notes up to 6.7.2.
