Hi All,

I've our KMS running on a Mac Pro 10.5.8
Deleted items are set to be kept one month after deletion in the #deleted folder... This normally works fine for me.

Today someone has deleted some of their emails (four at once) and wants to retrieve one of them. Unfortunately though it's just not showing up in the #deleted folder! All the other emails she deletes end up there once the trash is emptied, but I can't figure out what the hell happened to this one (I can see in the logs that the email was deleted about an hour ago today..

Little help? Smile

Has it been deleted via IMAP? Then look into the Deleted Items folder.

Yes, it has been deleted via IMAP (using entourage)... but unfortunately it's not in the Deleted Items folder either!
