I have an old app that uses OLE to call up a new outlook mail item and then user can add a message or select contacts and then manually send it.

When using this with outlook 2000 and KOC, when they click send, the email goes out OK, but the window doens't close. the send button disables and the message window stops redrawing (puting another window on top and switching back only redraws the toolbars, the message body has a ghost of the other window on it).

It works fine with 2003 and KOFF, and workes with Exchange and Scalix's connector with 2000.

I've attached sample code and exe in a zip file, I'm not sure if I should do something different in my code or if this is a KOC bug.
