I changed the IP address on the server that runs Kerio for my company. I updated the new IP on my hosting company's website and it points to the correct address and the MX record is correct too. The website works, email through Outlook works, its just the webmail part that is not working.

Any ideas?

It can take a bit of time for DNS changes to propagate - does it worrk if they use the raw IP instead of the name?
