Hello -

Just wondering if it was possible to configure kerio that when a user sets their out of office reply and receives a messages it checks if the sender is within the domain of the user (or within a list of specified domains) before sending an out of office reply.

For example: rob<_a.t_> sets his out of office message. He receives a message from mary<_a.t_>, the out of office does NOT get sent out. Then he receives a message from henry<_a.t_> and the out of office reply is sent out, etc etc.

Thank you in advance for any insight!

The quick aswer to this is: Not in the GUI, in the build-in OoO feature.

I would think you can modify the rule file in the mail store, but it may be easier to create a custom rule that does the same think, based on a domain filter.
