using KOC with outlook 2003, if I delete more than 100 or so items at once from the deleted items they all stay on the screen. doing anything with them gives an error, and switching folders and switching back removes the items. anyone else seeing this?

wouldn't be so bad if it was occasional, but it is every time. and worse, switching folders resets my sorting so I loose my place.

maybe/maybe not related...

when I shift-delete from some folder other than deleted items, and get the prompt to permanently delete the items, they go into deleted items anyway.

would be nice to have a "permanently delete" option, I don't actually want my deleted spam to go to my deleted items.
