So is this a kerio issue or a IE 8 issue. When my users use the viewing pane, the like to copy and paste the email address out of that window on various occassions. Now they have to completely open the email to copy and paste into a new email. Now what I have found is that you can use Cntrl-c and Cntrl-v to do this, but there is no right click or copy/paste icon anymore, it is greyed out.

Please help, the natives are restless. We are on 6.7.1 and using webmail. This isn't an issue with Outlook connector.

This is an IE issue. If you mark an e-mail address in the viewing pane and you the right-click in IE, the "Copy" option is grayed out. But if you go to the "Page" menu, you can choose Copy.

In Firefox that works.
