Hello all. Strange problems here, hope you can help.

We have a fully updated and patched Mac OS X 10.5.8 server with Kerio 6.7.2 build 7821. The clients are Mac OS X 10.4.11 and use Apple Mail.app. It often (but not always) happens that one of the clients sends an email with a Word, Excel or Pdf attachment and that it reaches some of the correspondents corrupted. It only seems to be corrupted though, but in fact it changes the name so that some computers don't know to open it. Example:

We send a file named 'Invite.pdf' and it reaches a 3rd party as '=?utf-8?Q?Invite_email=2Epdf?='

Dubleclicking it on a Mac opens the file in Preview or Acrobat and shows the contents how it should. A PC doesn't know how to handle it and not everyone is tech savvy enough to add a .pdf extension so that it can be read.

To make things even more strange: on a 10.4.11 machine I send a blank email with an attachment. On another 10.4.11 machine I receive the mail and it seems 'corrupted' (i can open it, but the name changed). Opening the exact same email on a 10.5 or 10.6 machine doesn't have any problems, the name is how it is supposed to. Opening it on one of the 10.4.11 machines via webmail: name is also good! I'm lost.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
