background... i have been using apple mail for months.. works fine.... i had a set of folders where the top folder level had a # in the name (leftover from exchange days)... my admin told me that this was an invalid name and i should change it - so i did in webmail... just to 1-tgr. the folder renamed ok, and sync'd fine in webmail and apple mail... (this was when we were switching over from exchange) i attempted to update it in entourage but it doesn't show up.. and the old # name was still there -- so i renamed 'that' set of folders to just the name (no # and no 1) because i didn't want its older info to overwrite the newer one that was named 1-tgr. but when entourage never gets the 1-tgr folder set... and i have right clicked synchronized several times.

any idea how i can get entourage to get those folders of email... or force kerio to send them to entourage. now that i have a new pda i am switching back to entourage... and i cant complete the switch till this is fixed.

oddly the other extra set of folders named tgr (no 1 and no #) do not also show up in webmail or apple mail.. however i am fearful of deleting that set in case there is some background link that to the original #-tgr folder set.

thanks in advance
(sorry i couldnt be clearer - its a very confusing issue..lol)
