Guys i have bound a machine to the domain,
i can ping the new hardware with KMS on it,
can login to OWA using Administrator
but when i run the migration tool < i am connecting to KMS using raw IP not hostname > , it says ....
"Reading of users from microsoft exchange failed"
debug reports " MAPI_E_NETWORK_ERROR ...
Anyone please shed some light on how to overcome this ? Was under the impression if you had exchange admin rights it would read the users ?

Best

John

The migration tool is running on a Terminal Server that has been de-commissioned ... do you think that would baulk the migration tool ?

The tech guys do get to the forum when they can, but this is not an official support channel. Official support is available by submitting a support ticket at support.kerio.com
