The full name of one of my Kerio users contains a typo. The user was imported from an AD domain into Kerio and the typo has already been fixed in AD.
Now when I try to change the full name in Kerio I get the error "LDAP operation failed. Check that you have installed Directory Extensions properly".

As I can import users from AD without problems, I assume that the extensions are running fine.

Where does Kerio store the full name? Shouldn't this also be synchronized with the AD?

I hope you can help.

Regards,
Mario

I am trying to change the Full Name and get the same error message when I click Apply. When I close the console I get the same error message if I try to save the unsaved data.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this error and what the fix is?

I am running Kerio v6.7.2 build 7821.

I had an employee where I had to change their name in the AD and then on the server. I deleted the user from the mail server and left the folder. Then, I logged into the server and changed the name on the directory to match the users new name. Then I reactivated the user in the server. That seemed to work for me.
