I have looked the the release history but I didn't see anything about how Kerio handles attachments on emails for multiple users. Our HR department mails out monthly newsletters to everyone in the company that are growing in size. Does Kerio save the attachment once and link to everyone who it was sent to or does the attachment exist for all 150 of our users?

Since it stores mail as flat files for all users, I think it would exist for all 150 users. If I remember correctly, there is a way to set up public folders for that sort of information, but I have never played with it. You can check the forums for other solutions, or just wait for soemone who knows more than me to weigh in.

Kerio stores the attachment in every inbox of every recipient. Wouldn't it be better for your HR department to mail out an intranet link or something? Just saying ...
