Hello,

We recently switched ISP's and now have one client who cannot access the mail server. Here is the strange part other machines on our network can ping their IP address. However we cannot ping them from the mail server. We can ping other machines from the mail server.

They can also ping other machines on our network but not the mail server.

We are running OS X 10.4 and KMS 6.7.2 and do not have any firewall settings configured.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. I did check that and the subnet mask is correct on all machines. I have had an engineer suggest that routing tables are bad somewhere although my ISP said they look good. For the time being I added a second IP address to the mail server and they are able to connect with that.

Not sure where to go with from here.
