Hello,

I am using Kerio Mail Server 6.7.0 build 7660. Recently I have been getting the following msg in error log alot:

mail_queue.cpp: TNEF decoding of message D:\Program Files (x86)\Kerio\MailServer\store/queue/16/4b1cf355-0000069a.eml failed: TNEF stream contains unsupported properties

Our email setup is that we have email accounts on our ISP and we use Kerio to download emails from these emails through POP3 and delivers to the mail server. The clients in our office use Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 IMAP accounts to connect to Kerio mail server.

I don't understand what this is. Does this error results in emial loss??

Please Help!

That just means that incoming e-mail that are in the Microsoft Rich-Text Format could not be decoded properly. So they might be displayes without any formatting. I don't think you will lose any mails.
