Hello,

We have 50 licences in kerio WF but we have only 42 PC´s
now all licences are taken, we have some networkprinter, can it be that they are counted in?
How can we prevent this?
How can we block some Pc´s to take licences?
And how can we see who is thaking a licence?

kind regards

Frank

I was wondering the same thing.

We have 40 licences and around 32 pcs. We usually run out of
licences once in a week. Can't tell who's taking up the licence,
and for how long ?

thanks

Check your DHCP server to find out where the extra users are showing up.

We have less than 30 machines but see almost 50 DHCP leases on a daily basis. Look for WiFi enabled phones as a possible user of the extra IP addresses (and licenses). We have at least 10 users with iPhone/iPod Touch/BlackBerry devices that show up on our network. Set up DHCP reservations for them and then tag them to specific users if you can easily identify them.

Also look for laptop users that might be connecting both wirelessly and with wired connections. You might have some using two IPs/licenses for a single machine.
