we are looking for a software that displays who has a date or is out of office in a table view. Using Kerio 6.7 or higher.

I know that there are 2 solutions built in outlook.
1. The group view. But you only see that there is a date but not what kind of date.
2. You can allow access to every calendar. That is a lot of work to take a look at every calendar.

I have found a software for Exchange but I think that you need a real exchange server for that: G_Absence
The description is only in German.

Maybe someone knows a solution or for a future version of Kerio.

We do a work-around for this... We have a resource called 'Roster of staff leave', and one central person books in the leave into this calendar.

We book the leave as an 'all day event', so that it appears at the top of our iCal windows... Staff then subscribe to the 'Roster of staff leave' calendar to see who is in, and who is away.
