Hi,
We want to block web based email services like yahoo, msn, google etc. How do i do it? Do i have to block sites individually? there are 100s of sites like this. Known & unknown. Is ther any way i can use firewall to do this job?

Did you purchase the Kerio Web Filter component (previously called the Cobian Web Filter, or Orange Web Filter)? That component classifies all web sites into classes (job search, IT, nudity, etc.) and then you can make rules based on the classification. Webmail sites is also a class, so it is then pretty easy to block those sites.

Without the Web Filter component: yes, you'd have to block them all manually.
