I encountered this problem on my new Lenovo T500 laptop (Win7), it comes with an Ericsson F3507g mobile broadband device (3G). Kerio however does not see this interface upon installation or later.

The interface is listed under network interfaces in both Control Panel and in Device Manager.

I have tried installing the Kerio Driver manually under the Properties of the interface, but Kerio isn't listed there - only Microsoft's TCP/IP 4/6 drivers.

The result of this is that whenever go want to go online with the mobile broadband it is not firewalled, since Kerio shuts down the Windows Firewall - but does not add the lower layer driver on the interface.

Is there any way to sort this issue? Besides turning off Kerio and enabling the Windows Firewall whenever I wish to use the mobile broadband - which really isn't a suitable option as I use Kerio's VPN tunnels.

Kerio is not meant to be used as a personal firewall on a 'end-user' device, it is meant to be a firewall on the network perimeter. So I'm not sure if the way you use it is actually 'valid'. You would simply need a firewall, not a routing firewall...

I have the same problem on a Lenovo X220 Tablet.

I need to establish a vpn tunel and block all other trafic on this tablet.

Is there a way to solve the problem ?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards
