One of our customers has informed us that every time they send us an email, they get a confirmation request. And according to them, this started sometime around Christmas. I know we haven't changed anything on the server since we upgraded to 6.7.2 (which was not in December), but their IT is under the impression that our server is just now deciding to send these messages. What do I need to look for(and which debug logging do I need to turn on) to prove who is requesting that this delivery confirmation be sent?
