using windows server 2003 .
remote desktop
kerio winroute firewall 6.7.0

need to open port 5800 and 5900 to be able to accept outside request to be able to perform troubleshooting on server after hours. Since IP is unknown of machine that would connect just need to leave port open so anybody trying to connect that way would be able to go through with vnc viewer. Tried already and no luck. Can somebody help?

Hi,
It's not ideal to allow any (source) vnc access to your server, personally if I would use RDP running on a differnt port or change the vnc port ..
Anyhow
First of all is this 2003 server the server running the kerio Firewall ???
If so I would use

Name = VNC Access
Source = Any
destination = Firewall
Service = VNC
Log = Connections
translation None
Valid always
protocol = Deafult

If the windows servers is behind the firewall on the lan,
Then in translation enable destination Nat and translate to the lan ip of the server
