For Outlook, there's the Outlook Connector, to receive your Hotmail/Live mails.
It auto-creates the same folders as your account, and al the mails and folders are synchronized.

But what if I want to use my Kerio mailserver with it?

I can make a account and receive the mails with POP3, which could be fine, but the thing is, when you sent back a mail, it doesn't use the Hotmail adres, but the adress specified for the account.

Is there any way to properly configure Kerio so it synchronize properly with Hotmail, or that it uses the same Hotmail account for sending?

I think there's nothing really you can do about it?
It would be nice if there's some kind of integration with Kerio...

Look at these instructions to configure POP3 and SMTP access:

I know you can download the emails with POP3, but the issue is, when you reply to a mail, it sends the email account configured for thet account instead of the Hotmail address...
It would be nice if there's a sort of plugin that does download the email the same way the Outlook connector for Hotmail does...

KMS is a mail server, not a client (although it has some client functionality like POP3 download and SMTP sending).

If you want to send and receive mail from hotmail, why don't you configure your client (Outlook or so) to do that? Why would you need KMS?

If you want to send mail with a hotmail.com sender address you would have to create the domain hotmail.com on your KMS and create a user with your hotmail address. Then you must add an exception rule on the domain "If user not found, then send to the following host". Otherwise, Kerio will consider any hotmail address as local and you would not be able to send mails to other hotmail users.
