Hello folks,

I have activated the archiving function of the Kerio Mailserver (6.7.3-patch1 running on a Debian 5 machine). Kerio does now copy every mail into /opt/kerio/mailserver/store/archive/, so the archiving does take place physically. But what it doesn't do is show the mails in the WebMail interface of the Admin account. I can manage the Public Folders, but I simply don't see the the "Archive Folder" tree. I have restarted the MailServer as advised in the administration software, but still no luck.

Any idea what might cause this?

Regards
NR

Ah, thank you very much!

Problem seemed to be that the admin e-mail address in the store/archive/acl.fld was set to Admin<_at_>[myhostname] whereas my primary domain with the Admin account in it is not equal to the hostname of Kerio. Now I see the Archive folder in the webmail interface.

Next problem though was that I didn't see the subfolders of that Archive folder but a restart of Kerio fixed that, too.

Thanks again!
