I am running the following on the KMS machine:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
Outlook 2007 Enterprise w/SP2
IE 8
KMS v6.7.3 p1

KMS has been working great as a stand-alone mail server, but I've recently decided to tinker with the Outlook Connector. Well, I've found that the Kerio connector is not available as an "other" server type when I create a new profile and manually set options.

I'm thinking this must be a compatibility issue, but, to be honest, I've given up on trying to find up-to-date information on this issue after searching this forum for the past hour or so.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is this forum intended to be a customer support option? I'm just wondering since I see reasonable questions that have remained unanswered for years.

I had the same problem as the OP yesterday. I was working with the new Kerio Connect beta. I had initially installed the MSI version of the Outlook Connector. I later downloaded the EXE version and installed that. Once I had done so the Outlook Connector appeared in the "other" list.

Thanks, Dave. Downloaded the .exe instead of the .msi, and now the connector shows up as an "other" option. Weird.

Thanks again!
