Hi Folks,

I'm currently in the midst of the configuration of Kerio Mail, everything is going well apart from two issues I have.

1) I always seem to have 2x Instances of "Spamserver.exe *32", I know why I should have one, but why two? is this normal or a problem?

2) I have a few things being classified by the Anti-Spam/SpamAssasin Setup as Spam that arn't? how can I teach or Re-Classify the setup?

Many thanks in advance.

1) More than one spamserver.exe is normal. It's an availability/load balancing scheme. In heavy traffic you could see even more.

2) Classifying/re-classifying are done by moving mails in or out of the junk mail folder or using the spam/not spam buttons in webmail. It's not possible to do manual learning in a central place.
