Hi,

We're experiencing a higher than normal amount of messages being marked as SPAM. Has anyone experienced similar issues after upgrading to version 6.7.3?

Also, does anyone care to share their SPAM filter configurations?

Here is our current SPAM Filter configuration:

Enable Spam Filtering [x]
Tag Score: 8.5
Block Score: 9.0
Blacklists:
- Barracuda BRBL: increase by 1.0
- SpamCop: increase by 1.0
Various Custom SPAM rules

From what version did you upgrade, and why is the increase in tagging an issue? False positives?

Tag score: 4.7
Block score: 8.0
Blacklists:
- zen-spamhaus.org (reject)
- bl.spamcop.net (reject)
- psbl.surriel.org (reject)
- dnsbl-1.uceprotect.net (increase score by 3.1)
- list.dnswl.org (decrease score by 2.0)
- local blacklist (reject)
A bunch of custom SpamAssassin meta rules increasing and decreasing the score
Custom scoring on some tests (mostly BAYES and URIBL tests)
Around 300,000 hams and 250,000 spams in the Bayes database
Large SpamAssassin user whitelist
SPF checks (increase score by 3.0 on fail, otherwise none)
Handchecking central spam copy account twice a day (this is important!)
