When you setup an email account it puts in a default spam rule which generally is fine.

I have a user who is getting stuff in the junk mail folder that is important or genuine email. They don't get huge amounts of junk so they want it all delivered into inbox. Simple I thought.

Turn off all junk mail in entourage - Go to webmail - Settings - Mail Filter - Where Mail is Spam - Keep in Inbox

Never worked so setup mail filter - Where message detected as spam - Move to specified Folder - Inbox

Now I thought this woudl do it. There is a greyed out default rule above that is called spam but you can't edit or move it.

Any ideas to turn off junk mail on an account that exists. ?

Sorry found the solution.

Don't worry about setting up mail filter rules.

Just go to webmail click on settings and there is a tick box to turn junk mail off !!!

Apologies if you wasted your time reading the first post !!!!

It was there right in front of me as a big option.
