At now i have replaced libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll with http://www.slproweb.com/download/Win32OpenSSL-v0.9.7d.exe binaries. Other side have MSOutlookXP. Where is the problem? And what mean error:0000000005? Certificates replacment not help.

in binaries - 843,776 libeay32.dll
in kerio - 901,120 libeay32.dl_
in binaries - 159,744 ssleay32.dll
in kerio 208,896 ssleay32.dl_

Are you running host headers on W2K to support more than one website on the same IP? If so, W2K cannot do SSL if also doing host headers.
